Neenah, Wis. (Oct. 1, 2026) — SECURA Insurance promoted Adam Piette to Vice President–Commercial Lines Underwriting. Piette steps into the role previously held by Steve Miller, who will be retiring in early 2027. Piette and Miller will work together over the next several months to ensure a smooth transition.
Piette brings more than 20 years of insurance experience and a proven record of underwriting leadership, profitable growth, and team development. Since joining SECURA in 2010, he has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as a Commercial Lines underwriting director, leading underwriting operations across Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.

In his new role, Piette will build on SECURA’s strong foundation and core strengths while focusing on developing talent, enhancing the agency experience, and driving profitable growth to position Commercial Lines for continued long-term success.
Piette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resources from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
