Contact your agent to access policy information. If you are a MILE-STONE® Personal Lines policyholder, you can access policy information on mySECURA.
What should I do if I want to make changes or have questions about my policy?
Please contact your independent agent with any questions you may have or changes you’d like to make to your policy.
How do I get new insurance ID cards?
Contact your agent to get new ID cards. If you are a MILE-STONE® Personal Lines policyholder, you can use mySECURA to obtain your auto ID cards.
How do I obtain a certificate of insurance?

How do I file a claim?
There are many ways to file a claim:

- Through your independent agent
- Calling SECURA directly at 800-318-2136
What happens after I file a claim?
Your claim will be set up and assigned a claim number by a claims representative. That claims representative will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
If your vehicle is not drivable or if you are involved in a serious accident, please call 1-800-318-2136 as soon as possible and we can assist you.
If you have a serious property claim, such as a fire, serious windstorm, or anything else that makes your home or business not livable, please call 1-800-318-2136 for assistance.

Can I pay my bill online?
Yes, you can pay your bill online. Visit the My Policy page to learn about payment options available. You will need your account or policy number, last name or business name, and either the account holder’s ZIP code or the agency number.

mySECURA is available to MILE-STONE Home & Auto policyholders. It is a centralized location to submit claims, access policy documents, view auto ID cards, and much more.

We do not currently have an app, but MILE-STONE Home & Auto policyholders have access to mySECURA, a centralized location to submit claims, access policy documents, view auto ID cards, and more.
What is Nurse Hotline?
Through our partnership with Medcor, SECURA’s Nurse Hotline is offered as a free benefit for Workers’ Compensation policyholders to help provide early treatment of workplace injuries.
