Kyle Dailey
Kyle Dailey has a bachelor’s degree in safety management and has completed the OSHA 30 hour training.
Prior to joining SECURA in 2025, Kyle was a senior field safety professional at Amerisafe for five years before becoming assistant regional vice president of safety. He also worked at Tyson Foods as a safety supervisor, and a food safety inspector at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Kyle has previously volunteered as a fire fighter for the Johnson County Fire Protection District.
Outside of work Kyle enjoys the outdoors, sports, Lake of the Ozarks, and traveling.

Mark Novitski
Mark Novitski graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in safety management and a Master of Science degree in industrial safety management. Mark later attained his Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Mark has provided multi-line risk management services to the insurance industry since 1998, and has worked with a wide range of policyholders in general industry, construction, and farm/agribusiness. He joined SECURA in 2012 and serves policyholders in Missouri and Kansas.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, watching football, and restoring old cars.
