Kyle Dailey
Kyle Dailey has a bachelor’s degree in safety management and has completed the OSHA 30 hour training.
Prior to joining SECURA in 2025, Kyle was a senior field safety professional at Amerisafe for five years before becoming assistant regional vice president of safety. He also worked at Tyson Foods as a safety supervisor, and a food safety inspector at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Kyle has previously volunteered as a fire fighter for the Johnson County Fire Protection District.
Outside of work Kyle enjoys the outdoors, sports, Lake of the Ozarks, and traveling.

Jonathan Flack
Jonathan was born in Freeport, Illinois, a small rural farming community in northwestern Illinois. He transplanted to Wisconsin to attend college at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. There, Jonathan studied occupational environmental safety and health and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree. Jonathan entered the insurance industry in 2003.
Prior to starting with SECURA in January 2015, Jonathan worked his way from a loss control specialist to a senior loss control specialist with Verisk Analytics (ISO Inc.). He now services the southern Wisconsin territory and holds the Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) designation. Jonathan earns it at SECURA by developing that relationship between the accounts he services and working with agents. Seeing different types of business and how they operates is what he enjoys about being a risk manager consultant.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors camping, kayaking, biking, cross country skiing, and hunting. Jonathan resides in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin with his wife, three kids, and dog.

Patti Lemke
Patti Lemke grew up on a dairy farm in Fond Du Lac County, Wisconsin. Patti joined SECURA in 2013 as an Agribusiness underwriter, and has 14 years of underwriting experience.
Patti earned her bachelor’s degree in agribusiness management from UW-Madison. She also has an associate’s degree in safety engineering technology from Fox Valley Technical College. She holds several insurance designations including; CPCU, ARM, AU, TRIP, and AFIS.
In her free time, Patti enjoys spending time outdoors and attending her kids sporting and music events.

Eshan Selvan
Eshan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in health policy and management from Purdue University. He holds the DOT reasonable suspicion certificate and ISO14001 internal auditor certificate.
Eshan joined SECURA in 2026 after serving as an environment, health, and safety specialist at Kerry Inc. Prior to that, he worked at Cummins Inc. and Cargill Inc. His work centered on supporting employees and leaders in manufacturing and agribusiness environments through hands-on safety management, auditing, and continuous improvement efforts. He takes pride in driving initiatives that make workplaces safer and strengthening safety culture through all organizational levels. Eshan looks forward to expanding his impact at SECURA and helping clients navigate risk with confidence.

She started her career in San Diego, California working as an environmental safety engineer for an international coatings manufacturer. During that time, she oversaw regulatory compliance and loss control for high volume production facilities, retail stores, and distribution centers in 21 states and three foreign countries.
Sara has earned the Associate in Risk Management and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist designations. She is providing risk management services to SECURA policyholders in the tri-state region of Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.

Zak Ujazdowski
Zak joined SECURA as a Risk Management Consultant in 2022 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety. Some of his favorite studies within the safety program included fire protection and prevention, ergonomics, and analysis/design of safety data. He also holds a Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) certification, and hopes to later obtain his CSP when eligible.
In his free time, Zak enjoys traveling, camping, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
