Kyle Dailey
Kyle Dailey
Kyle Dailey has a bachelor’s degree in safety management and has completed the OSHA 30 hour training.

Prior to joining SECURA in 2025, Kyle was a senior field safety professional at Amerisafe for five years before becoming assistant regional vice president of safety. He also worked at Tyson Foods as a safety supervisor, and a food safety inspector at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Kyle has previously volunteered as a fire fighter for the Johnson County Fire Protection District.

Outside of work Kyle enjoys the outdoors, sports, Lake of the Ozarks, and traveling.
Tracy
Tracy Freund
Tracy Freund has been a safety professional in the insurance industry for several decades, working for national property-casualty insurance companies. Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin—Whitewater with a degree in occupational safety, she began her career at CNA Insurance in Brookfield, Wisconsin. She relocated to Illinois where she continued to work in the safety field and as a risk manager for insurance companies.

Tracy earned the Certified Safety Professional designation. She joined SECURA Insurance as a risk management consultant in 2016 and was promoted to senior risk management consultant in 2019.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Tracy continues to reside in Illinois within her northern Illinois and Chicago territory.
Patti
Patti Lemke
Patti Lemke grew up on a dairy farm in Fond Du Lac County, Wisconsin. Patti joined SECURA in 2013 as an Agribusiness underwriter, and has 14 years of underwriting experience.

Patti earned her bachelor’s degree in agribusiness management from UW-Madison. She also has an associate’s degree in safety engineering technology from Fox Valley Technical College. She holds several insurance designations including; CPCU, ARM, AU, TRIP, and AFIS.

In her free time, Patti enjoys spending time outdoors and attending her kids sporting and music events.
Sara
Sara Steinhiser
Sara Steinhiser is originally from Michigan City, Indiana and attended Indiana University.

Prior to joining SECURA in 2013, Sara was an independent loss control representative and performed field services in central and southern Indiana. She started her career in San Diego, California working as an environmental safety engineer for an international coatings manufacturer. During that time, she oversaw regulatory compliance and loss control for high volume production facilities, retail stores, and distribution centers in 21 states and three foreign countries.

Sara has earned the Associate in Risk Management and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist designations. She is providing risk management services to SECURA policyholders in the tri-state region of Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.

In her free time, Sara enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Zak
Zak Ujazdowski
Zak joined SECURA as a Risk Management Consultant in 2022 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety. Some of his favorite studies within the safety program included fire protection and prevention, ergonomics, and analysis/design of safety data. He also holds a Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) certification, and hopes to later obtain his CSP when eligible.

In his free time, Zak enjoys traveling, camping, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
