Carlos came to SECURA in 2020 with over 12 years of experience in the safety industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in occupational health and safety with emphasis in risk management from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.

Prior to joining SECURA, Carlos served as Safety Manager at a manufacturing facility. In this role, he designed and implemented a range of mandatory safety programs in compliance with OSHA, federal, and state standards. He developed employee safety initiatives to support both short- and long-term strategic safety goals and built strong partnerships with local authorities. Carlos also conducted regular safety inspections and led comprehensive training sessions. His holistic approach to workplace safety has consistently enhanced organizational safety performance while fostering greater employee engagement.

In his spare time, Carlos spends time with his family, traveling, cooking, taking photographs, meditating, and working out.
