Neenah, Wis. (Oct. 19, 2021) – For the sixth year in a row, the independent analysts at Great Place to Work have certified SECURA Insurance as a great workplace. SECURA earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys.

SECURA’s Great Place to Work survey results ranked the company’s strengths and evaluated employee feedback on areas of leadership, fairness, rewards, and career opportunities. Great Place to Work also evaluates information submitted by SECURA on topics like benefit offerings, hiring practices, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and community involvement.
The results showed 99% of employees said they are made to feel welcome when joining the company, 98% of employees feel good about the ways SECURA contributes to the community, and 97% of employees are proud to tell others they work at SECURA.
In addition to the Great Place to Work certification, SECURA is ranked No. 44 on the Fortune Best Small & Medium Workplaces list, No. 38 on the Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials list, and No. 11 on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance list.
