Billing
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes, you can pay your bill online. Click here to learn about payment options available. You will need your account or policy number, last name or business name, and either the account holder’s ZIP code or the agency number.

We offer several payment options, including online payment, SurePay EFT, mail, and phone. Click here to learn more about bill payment options.
Claims
How do I file a claim?
There are many ways to file a claim:
- Online at secura.net
- Through your independent agent
- Calling SECURA directly at 800-318-2136
What happens after I file a claim?
Your claim will be set up and assigned a claim number by a claims representative. That claims representative will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
If your vehicle is not drivable or if you are involved in a serious accident, please call 1-800-318-2136 as soon as possible and we can assist you.
If you have a serious property claim, such as a fire, serious windstorm, or anything else that makes your home or business not livable, please call 1-800-318-2136 for assistance.

Where can I find my policy information?
Contact your agent to access policy information. If you are a MILE-STONE® Personal Lines policyholder, you can access policy information on mySECURA.
What should I do if I want to make changes or have questions about my policy?

How do I get new insurance ID cards?
Contact your agent to get new ID cards. If you are a MILE-STONE Personal Lines policyholder, you can use mySECURA to obtain your auto ID cards.
How do I obtain a certificate of insurance?
