Sara Steinhiser
Prior to joining SECURA in 2013, Sara was an independent loss control representative and performed field services in central and southern Indiana. She started her career in San Diego, California working as an environmental safety engineer for an international coatings manufacturer. During that time, she oversaw regulatory compliance and loss control for high volume production facilities, retail stores, and distribution centers in 21 states and three foreign countries.
Sara has earned the Associate in Risk Management and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist designations. She is providing risk management services to SECURA policyholders in the tri-state region of Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.
In her free time, Sara enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Matt Stindt
Matt joined SECURA in 2012 in the Claims Department. He then was a cash manager in the Finance Department before becoming a Farm Lines underwriter in 2023.
In his free time, Matt enjoys fishing, spending time with family, and rooting for his favorite Wisconsin sports teams.
Alex Stoeger
Alex joined the insurance industry in 2016 as a commercial adjuster for Sentry Insurance. He’s worked in several different insurance roles since, and most recently joined SECURA as an associate Commercial Lines underwriter.
Alex enjoys being able to help agents with an account, as well as helping guide policyholders through the claims process after a traumatic event.
Most of his free time is spent with his wife, Lauren, and his daughters, Audrey and Evelyn. He likes staying active and enjoys camping, hiking, and playing sports.
