SECURA has booked Economy flights for you. If you would like to upgrade, that is at your own expense.

Your air travel itinerary has been sent to you. Please carefully review your itinerary for accuracy.

Please arrive at the airport 1.5 to 2 hours before your scheduled departure. The airlines recommend not locking your luggage so that it may be inspected.

Wherever possible, reserved seating has been requested on your behalf. Boarding passes will be issued by the airline when you check-in for your flight. You can typically check in for your flight between 24 hours and 45 minutes before departure.

If you are using a passport as your primary method of identification, your passport must be valid for six months following the trip.

We recommend you include any prescription medication, eyeglasses, jewelry, valuables, and a change of clothes in your carry-on bag. Please remember not to carry sharp objects with you on the flight such as scissors or pocketknives.

We have arranged your transportation from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival at the airport in Park City, proceed to baggage claim. In the arrival hall, look for someone holding a SECURA sign. The greeter will assist with luggage and escort you to the awaiting vehicle. If you do not see a greeter, please contact Patti Van Fossen at 920-205-3032.

A name badge will be provided to you upon check-in. Please wear your name badge at all planned activities as a courtesy to your fellow travelers and to identify yourself as a SECURA group member.

We'll have a mixture of professional and casual events. Please plan to dress in business casual attire for meetings, with the option of dressing casually for our evening activities. Make sure to bring comfortable shoes for walking, as we'll be doing a bit of sightseeing.

Premier Meetings and Incentives (PMI) and/or SECURA maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of any air, water, or land carrier, hotel, restaurant, or other person or entity supplying services, products, or accommodations as part of the trip because all these suppliers are independent contractors. During the trip, participant(s) may have the opportunity to participate in various optional activities, such as water sports and other athletic activities, contests, excursions, and side trips, all of which are supplied by independent contractors. PMI and/or SECURA shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused or contributed.
