Andrea Doebler
Andrea is originally from International Falls, MN. She graduated from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor of Science in industrial technology and emphases in construction management and manufacturing management. Andrea has also obtained her Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation through BCSP.
She joined SECURA in May 2017 as a risk management consultant. Prior to joining us, she spent seven years living in Colorado working as a regional safety manager for companies within the construction and manufacturing industries.
In her free time, you will find Andrea and her family enjoying the outdoors in any way they can.

Mike Haugen
A lifelong resident of southern Minnesota, Mike has been working with agribusiness and commercial insurance clients since 2006. Mike comes to SECURA from Mayo Clinic where he was an auditor in the Internal Audit Department. In this role, Mike was tasked with conducting interviews, investigations, and walkthroughs of operations to identify and address risks and recommend controls to mitigate those risks. Prior to his role at Mayo Clinic, Mike spent time with Bremer Insurance and Winona Agency Group in various roles. He also spent time with Federated Insurance as a claims representative, giving him a well-rounded knowledge of the insurance industry.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in sociology and criminal justice from Winona State University and holds his CIC designation.
In his spare time, you can find Mike spending time on his in-law’s farm in Galesville, Wisconsin, boating on the Mississippi River with family and friends, or golfing. Mike grew up on a hog and turkey farm near Hayfield, Minnesota and enjoys getting back there as often as he can to see friends and family.

Nate Droogsma
Nathan Droogsma earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in chemistry from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. Nate worked as a risk consultant at Federated Insurance in Minnesota and North Dakota for nearly seven years before joining SECURA in August 2013 as a Risk Management Consultant. Nate took on the dual role of Supervisor/Senior Risk Consultant in January 2017.
He is a Certified Safety Professional and has earned his Associate in Risk Management certification.
Sports and the outdoors are what Nate enjoys while not serving customers. He has coached in the Elk River Youth Hockey Association for the past 15 years. He also enjoys spending time with his family at the cabin. Nate resides in Elk River, Minnesota with his wife and three daughters.

Patti Lemke
Patti Lemke grew up on a dairy farm in Fond Du Lac County, Wisconsin. Patti joined SECURA in 2013 as an Agribusiness underwriter, and has 14 years of underwriting experience.
Patti earned her bachelor’s degree in agribusiness management from UW-Madison. She also has an associate’s degree in safety engineering technology from Fox Valley Technical College. She holds several insurance designations including; CPCU, ARM, AU, TRIP, and AFIS.
In her free time, Patti enjoys spending time outdoors and attending her kids sporting and music events.
