Mark Hageness has worked in the loss control and risk management field for more than 35 years. He earned his bachelor's degree from Luther College. After graduation, Mark started out as a commercial lines underwriter and later grew into a loss control representative where he gained strong knowledge in the field. He has been a consultant for various client groups and agency producers.

 In his spare time, Mark maintains and grooms cross country ski trails in northern Minnesota.
