FOR USERS OF AGENTLINK: Your use of these Sites is subject to your Agency Agreement with SECURA and your authority to access AgentLinkSM-- shall terminate with the termination of the Agency Agreement or your agency relationship with SECURA. Nothing within this Site expands the authority of any agent or agency beyond that which is provided by the Agency Agreement.
Information provided by you through our Sites is used for SECURA business purposes only in order to service your needs as an agent. You must keep your user name and password secure and notify SECURA immediately if the password becomes known to any unauthorized user or if you suspect that there has been unauthorized use of your password. Any information provided to SECURA subsequent to the use of a password shall remain confidential to the extent reasonably possible.
In using our Sites, you acknowledge and confirm that the Internet is not a secure medium where privacy can be ensured, and that complete security and confidentiality over the Internet are not possible at this time. Your confidential use of our Sites cannot be guaranteed and you acknowledge that your use of our Sites (including information you transmit to our Sites) may be subject to access by, or disclosure to, other persons. Without limiting any other disclaimer herein, SECURA shall not be responsible or liable for any harm that you or any other person may suffer in connection with any such breach of confidentiality or security.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The Sites are owned and operated by SECURA. No material from our Sites may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download copies of the materials on any single computer for your personal use only. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of SECURA copyright and other proprietary rights. The use of any such material on any other Web site or networked computer environment is prohibited. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to SECURA.
The SECURA Insurance Companies appreciate and respect the trust of our customers. As such, we are committed to protecting our customers' privacy and maintaining their trust. Over the course of a relationship, we need to obtain personal information about our customers and others. We will seek to safeguard that personal information. Applications or other forms, by telephone, on-line, directly from the customer or through an insurance agent. This information may include names, addresses, telephone numbers, driver's license numbers, employment information, home-ownership information, and vehicle information.
Consumer reporting agencies (e.g., MVRs, credit report data, and claims history information).
Transactions with us or others, such as policies purchased and premium payment history.
Disclosure of Information
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers to anyone else, except as permitted by law.
We may disclose any of the information we collect or acquire, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about our customers to our associates and to third parties who use that information to provide our products or services to them. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations to safeguard nonpublic personal information about our customers.
Insurance agents representing SECURA are independent and may gather and retain personal information about consumers. The use and protection of that information by an independent insurance agent is his/her responsibility. If you have questions about whether, or how, an independent insurance agent uses or discloses such information, please contact him/her.
SECURA Insurance is committed to respecting the privacy of our applicants.
It is our policy to protect the information you provide through resumes, applications, or any other form of informational documentation. The information provided to SECURA will never be sold, nor voluntarily provided to another organization.
We may in certain instances disclose such information if legally required to do so, if requested to do so by a governmental entity or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements of comply with legal process; (b) protect the rights or property of SECURA Insurance; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.
