Shane spent the first 14 years of his insurance career as a commercial producer, specializing in contractors, manufacturers, and public entities. The first seven years were spent with Wausau Insurance, with the balance spent with Insurance Services/HRH. Shane joined SECURA in 2008 as regional director–sales with responsibilities of growing Wisconsin profitably across all business units. Shane was promoted to regional vice president–sales in 2010 and added Illinois to his territory in 2014.
