Michelle started her career in insurance at Acuity as an inside claims adjuster before transitioning to underwriting. She joined SECURA in 2015 in the Commercial Lines underwriting department on the Wisconsin team. She worked on the Research & Development team briefly, before transitioning back to Commercial Lines underwriting.

Michelle has her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her family and friends, reading, and long walks.
