Kari has spent her entire career with SECURA, joining the Commercial Lines underwriting team in 1997. Her experience in the insurance industry has not only helped her become a great underwriter, as her deep understanding of the industry has been an excellent asset for her colleagues as well.

“I enjoy mentoring new associates and sharing what I have learned in my career,” Kari said. "Through the years, I have mentored about 10 associates, many of whom still work at SECURA.”

In the past few years, Kari had the opportunity to travel to Italy and Greece, which was the catalyst for her hobby of finding the best olive oils for cooking. She loves to experiment in the kitchen and rarely uses recipes, relying on creativity to produce delicious meals.
