Jane began working at SECURA in 2017. She worked on the recruiting team in the Human Resources Department before transitioning to her role as a Farm underwriter. 

She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Jane holds the AINS and AFIS designations along with the SHRM-CP certification.
