Heather comes to SECURA from Frankenmuth Insurance where she held the role of Commercial Lines underwriter. She was responsible for reviewing incoming submissions for underwriting acceptability, credit eligibility, and adequate pricing levels. In addition, Heather managed and reviewed renewals, policy changes, and inspections. She also built agency relationships while monitoring new business production, loss ratio, and mix of business for her territory.

In her spare time, you can find Heather spending time with her two young children, traveling the world (ask her about her trip to Ireland!) painting, and drawing.
