Donna has many years of experience in the insurance industry. She’s spent time as an underwriting technician, customer service representative, lead account representative, and commercial service specialist, and trainer.

Donna enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with family, and conquering her fears through traveling. For example, she conquered her fear of heights through a hot air balloon ride and her fear of drowning by swimming with whale sharks – whew!
