Cassie started her career in insurance as a workers’ compensation claims representative intern. Prior to joining the industry, she held many customer service roles. She joined our Commercial Lines underwriting team in 2020 as an underwriter. Cassie’s experience in claims gave her a lot of unique hands-on experience allowing her to better understand agents and their insured’s needs. Cassie is working on getting her designations in AIS and AU. 

Cassie enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, and baking or cooking. She loves spending time with her husband, Casey, and their cat and dog.
