SECURA recognized as a Great Place to Work for fifth consecutive year

People bring workplace culture to life, and a truly genuine culture can only be measured by the voices of the people who work there.

For the fifth consecutive year, SECURA is a Great Place to Work-certified company.

SECURA submitted information on program and benefit offerings, hiring practices, diversity and inclusion initiatives, community involvement, and more to Great Place to Work to be considered for the certification. Great Place to Work also looks at what associates have to say about working at SECURA. Associates participated in in an anonymous survey to share their thoughts about topics like leadership, fairness, rewards, and career opportunities.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our associates have been working remotely for the past few months – giving our culture a chance to truly shine through as we work through this time.

As we continue to grow and evolve as a company, we look to make our culture and community even stronger.
