Easy withdrawals
Withdrawals will be made the same day of the month as your policy effective date. We will send you a schedule of withdrawals after enrollment and upon your renewal and any subsequent premium changes.

Sign up by completing our online form. Please allow up to 20 days for the transition to SurePAY EFT. Please make payments as usual until you receive your new SurePAY schedule.
